No question about it, this is the most holistic yoga community in Mobile. These instructors are second to none and cater to all skill levels.
Hands down the best yoga studio in Mobile and surrounding areas! The instructors are not only amazing at what they do but they are also super friendly, welcoming, and really make this studio a place where the community can come together for good vibes, a great workout, and create an environment that ALL feel comfortable in! Not to mention it’s the cleanest yoga studio I have EVER been to! So happy to have found this place!!!
Teachers are so good at cueing throughout poses so if you're newer to yoga it helps tremendously and if you've been practicing for years it helps refine your poses and improve your practice. The vibe here is soo welcoming.
Perfect for all ages, genders, and skill level. I moved to the area recently and Village yoga made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. All of the teachers are very experienced, knowledgeable and willing to support.
