Kindred Yoga

I had the pleasure of attending a session at Kindred with a group I mentor with. I am so happy to say that I truly enjoyed every minute. Allison is so kind, she meets you where you are and is so knowledgeable on yoga and breath work. Can not wait to attend on my own in the future!

Kindred is my most favorite space to practice yoga in town! Elizabeth and Alison have curated the most beautiful space that really encapsulates the minimalist, peaceful atmosphere and experience you have while doing a practice there. The studio is community oriented and they have events monthly (live music on Fridays, book club, monthly workshops, wine tastings, volunteering/fundraising opportunities, and a community pot luck to name a few!) And there are classes for everyone! From gentle yin, to slower non-heated and heated power yoga, there is a practice here literally for every body, age and skill level. Be sure to stop by and see it for yourself- you won't be disappointed :)

Elizabeth was so informative and helpful with tips and the “whys” of each pose. Perfect combo of a good workout and a great stretch. I highly recommend the hot yoga!

I was lucky enough to attend a class here on their first day and it was so wonderful! Both of the owners have made this into a peaceful and welcoming refuge. Elizabeth’s energy brought me a yoga experience I’d never had before. I can’t wait to spend each week in this magical place!

After enjoying one intro class, both my husband and I have signed up for more! Alison Herlihy is a wonderful instructor with a calming cadence. The studio space is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Can’t wait for the next one!

Elizabeth is the BEST!!! I usually don’t like to try new things alone but she made me feel so welcomed! I love that yoga was just yoga not talking about getting skinny like some yoga classes do. The space is gorgeous and definitely worth it!

Such a beautiful space, and the best instructors! They are all so welcoming and inclusive, and offer so many tips to make poses work for wherever you are in your yoga practice. It’s been a while since I’ve attended a yoga class, and I left feeling so relaxed and energized at the same time! So excited to have Kindred in Midtown ?
