Drove to Mobile for the 6:15am class with Michelle and really enjoyed it! The heat was perfect, studio very clean, spacious and beautiful. I wish we lived closer ?❤️
I highly recommend Sterling Hot Yoga & Wellness!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming to all! The staff is also very knowledgeable in their craft and truly cares in their efforts to motivate you and help you achieve your goals! The facility is clean and professionally operated. This truly is my happy place! Sterling has helped me lose weight, get stronger, and generally achieve my fitness goals! I look forward to coming here every day! The core of the place is yoga, but other classes are offered as well including my favorite, Pilates!! Do yourself a favor and check this place out! You won’t regret it! It really is a gem of a studio in Midtown Mobile!

Teddy’s Vinyasa class incorporates elements of the 26 postures hot yoga practice. The class is almost a bridge between the two practices. I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and invincible after this 60 minute Wednesday evening class.
Great class and studio. Maryella Matthews is a great instructor and was very helpful for a newbie like me.
I had a great time and everyone was so welcoming... it was easy to push myself that little extra! I will continue to come back.
