I absolutely love barre3! After each workout, I leave feeling renewed and refreshed, knowing that I took time just for myself. The facility is immaculate and the staff is so friendly.
Barre 3 is a wonderful fitness community that not only encourages physical well being, but also mental well being. All of the instructors are down to earth and make you feel welcome from the very first class. If the “barre” in the name is intimidating because you are not a dancer… rest assured no dance/ballet experience is required!
I’ve been a member/client of Barre3 for about 5 years. Starting my morning workouts at Barre3 gets me motivated for the rest of my day. The instructors are awesome. They have modifications for all workouts. They teach you to listen to your body but also encourage you to keep going. I feel stronger after each class. Once you try it you’ll love it.
I love Barre3! I feel empowered in every class. I love feeling how the muscles engage in every posture including options to avoid negative pain.
The workouts are challenging, varied, and my body feels good because of the work + stretching I’ve been able to do.
Barre3 provides such a positive and nurturing environment. You get a great workout and leave feeling peaceful yet energetic.
Barre3 is an absolute gem! The workouts vary with each visit and are quite effective at toning and trimming. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and very well trained. Multiple modifications are offered in each series. The sessions are fun - and terrific music enhances the happy atmosphere. The bright, immaculate studio is inviting and spacious. All props - and lockers - are provided. Attending classes here is joy. I truly look forward to each workout at Barre3!

It is challenging, but not too hard on my joints like other classes I have taken in the past.
I joined Barre3 a month ago and absolutely love it! The facility is so clean, the community is welcoming, and I really love the class schedule options. The workouts are high intensity but low impact and I get a complete body workout every time I attend. Thanks to the amazing instructors! They do an incredible job of crafting a great class every time! Im looking forward to getting stronger this year. - Emily
