Doing a little video excursion in Fort Collins, we ran across this awesome gem. Everything was epic about this place. The food was fantastic. We had steaks,burgers and 3 different appetizers. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. They also have numerous kinds of whiskeys for you to enjoy. This definitely is a must eat and or drink place. We will be back!
A wonderful place for exactly what you want; bourbon, steak tartare & of course the popcorn shrimp!
I will be recommending to everyone coming to Fort Collins. Nichole and the entire wait staff will show you a great experience with some drinks, food and deserts.

My husband and I went to ft. Colin's this weekend for our anniversary and decided to try the still, best food I have had in a long time!! Outstanding customer service,and fantastic food, I would give them 10 stars if available!! Definitely would recommend going there.

Fantastic dinner spot. Truly a hidden gem. Wait staff were amazing. GM came to our table to discuss drink choices. Great friendly atmosphere from everyone and then the food just sealed it all. One of the best dinners I've ever had. Get the Brussel Spouts you won't regret it.
Really disappointed with my experience tonight. I love the restaurant and food. Made a reservation for dinner and when I arrived, there was no reservation. I was first told I entered the reservation wrong, and when I insisted I did everything right, I was told “sorry it’s happened to 4 other people tonight” and was told I can get a spot 45 minutes later. For a restaurant that requires reservations, it sure doesn’t treat the people who do what they are supposed to do right.
You want an amazing night out with a date? You need to find a place to celebrate a special event? You like being able to order anything off the menu and knowing it will be delicious? Look now further, you have found the place! Step on in for a steak and whiskey filled night to remember. We loved this place.
