My family and I love going to dinner there. The whole staff is welcoming and always making sure that you’re taken care of. The drinks and food are very consistent. We will always recommend Austin's American Grill.
Although I’m from Ft. Collins, I now live in California, but I still visit my hometown at least 4 times a year and ALWAYS look forward to dining at Austin’s. I usually rotate between their fantastic roasted chicken and barbecue salmon. The staff over these many years consistently remains superb and make sure that you are happy with your meal. During this recent visit, Josh, one of their present managers, highly recommended their meat loaf. He even talked me into trying it. I don’t usually think or meatloaf at a restaurant. Who can beat Mom’s?
Well, it was truly amazing! Each and every bite was a treat. (Too bad Anthony Bourdain have a chance to herald it.) Now, lo and behold, I will be rotating among 3 entrees! Thanks Josh!

$8 to add salmon to a salad and it was less than half a filet (see photo). This place is way overpriced for what they give you ($20 total for this salad). 2 stars because the salad was good quality and I ate it... But the price and service just kills this place.
When I came in and sat at the bar, plenty of servers and managers looked at me and made eye contact, but it was almost 10 minutes before anyone actually came behind the bar to properly acknowledge me and take my order.
Alex was very thoughtful in checking for my allergy issues. Food was really good and was an enjoyable Tuesday night out with the lady.
his is my favorite restaurant! The food is nice but not overly fancy or expensive. I ordered the haystack chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The pulled chicken with the crispy onion straws and the chipotle aioli, chipotle barbecue and pico de gallo in the sandwich makes it really special and makes your taste buds dance. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
We had a great time! All food was right on point, delicious drinks and dessert, and our server Logan was the BEST! Thank you for being so thoughtful and awesome
Always very good food and excellent friendly service. Outside seating is great. Only a 5 minute wait. Onion and cheese soups are great. As were the French dip sandwich (although no sautéed onions) and coconut shrimp. Always a great choice.
Awesome food!!! Lots of flavors. Bloody Marys were fantastic.
While visiting the area for a work trip, my coworker selected this place for dinner. They said one of their best known menu items is their rotisserie chicken. They were right! It was very juicy, tender, and fell right off the bone. Great seasonings complimented by delicious grilled asparagus. Loved the coleslaw too. The waiter provided great service. Perfect amount of food and neither of us needed to take home leftovers.
A decent spot for a business lunch. Lots of classic American options that do the job. I prefer the patio to indoors. Always great service as well.
