I was seriously impressed by this place. The atmosphere was lively and fun, the food was absolutely delicious, the waitress was attentive, and the price was right. My daughter and I went for dinner. We started with fried pickles dipped in ranch, that was good. My daughter had steak smothered in mushrooms and onion, and I had the pork chops. Both dinners came with two sides, we both had loaded mashed potatoes, she had vegetables and I had salad. It was so good! Also, they bring you lots of soft warm bread with a side of cinnamon butter. Left overs the next day were just as good. We look forward to eating here again.

Steak was cooked to literal perfection. Definitely know their medium rares. Must have a new or different cook than before because I used to have to send my steak back. Very nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly
his is the best Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to ! Eryka was a fabulous waitress and made my little girl's birthday extra special. We've been coming to Texas Roadhouse every year since my little girl was born so it's always a family tradition to come for her birthday. Not only was the food absolutely amazing but the service was so quick and I have to say whatever the manager is doing here hes doing it right because the teamwork was phenomenal!

I always come to Texas Roadhouse for our special occasions! Today was no different, ordered a medium sirloin steak, first one came out and it was pretty much well done. Let the server know they sent it back and came out with a new one, it was cooked even more then the first one! They comped my meal but I ended up eating mashed potatoes and rolls for lunch. Asked there server if they were going to correct it or if I needed to eat this overcooked steak, he told me they comped it so... I'm very disappointed!
UPDATE- they wanted me to reach out so they could follow up. Got an e-mail from the managing partner Matthew about wanting to have a phone conversation about what happened. Set a time and never received a call. E-mailed back and still have heard nothing…. If they really cared about the service I received they would have reached out!! Even more disappointed in this location!
Very good food, terrific service, large portions. My only criticisms: limited seafood options, and I didn't care for the seasoned rice because it was too spicy.
We tried again thinking the first round might very just been a bad night, we were wrong. The steak tasted good and was cooked right, but it was very dry. The rolls were also dry and the mashed potatoes were lumpy. The server missed the shrimp part of my combo and I never got it. She refilled my tea with water and didn't even notice. The manager came by to check on us, but she seemed distant like she more important things to do, so we quietly paid the bill and left. I won't be going back.
We've been to several locations, and this was the first time at the Fort Collins one. As usual, our experience was great. Great service, and great food. We went "on the cheap" this time, only getting a burger & fries. We gorged ourselves on 2 baskets of buns and we could barely finish our burgers. Our server was very good and she kept our drinks filled. Thanks for another positive dining experience, TR!
