Highly recommend Pacific Pro. The staff is amazing. My type of injury can be discouraging and I feel like I have a whole team to help me along in my recovery. They are extremely in tune with my injury. Valerie is incredible and the rest of the staff take very good care of nursing my injury. Ray, Eric and Hailey are fantastic. They don’t rush me along or cause me more pain, they encourage me to come along at my own pace.

It says something that I can't think of anything to improve. The therapy has helped me take steps towards recovery and each session builds on the last. The environment is welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my times of discomfort. Would return and would recommend.

Michelle and all the staff at Pacific Pro French Valley are beyond incredible! I found them by “accident” as I went to the wrong location but what a blessing it turned out to be. I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated it while traveling abroad. My surgery and recovery post surgery, was pretty intense and I couldn’t have done it without the team at Pacific Pro French Valley. Michelle, I want to thank you and all the Pacific Pro staff for being so caring yet tough at the same time. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today without you all.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The staff was friendly and supportive throughout my physical therapy. They provided a welcoming & positive environment. I felt the staff created a specific therapy plan for me and gauged the appropriate amount of exercises to reach my goal. Thank you for all of your help!

I’ve been to other physical therapy offices and this is by far the best. Everyone there really cares about getting you more healthy, even when it’s painful! ? They build real relationships with you. I couldn’t be where I am today without them.

The Murrieta location is a great, clean place. Every member of the staff here is awesome. This is a place that doesn’t treat you like cattle, they actually care about your well-being.

Great welcoming atmosphere for everybody as they care so much about their patients want everybody to grow and overcome their injuries. Michelle specifically has been dedicated to achieve the successful for the patients with happy good vibes. Highly recommend

This has definitely got to be the best physical therapy location I have been to and I have been to a lot. Valerie is the best physical therapist. She explains things thoroughly and the aids Anna, Hayley and Eric are very helpful and super friendly. Everyone at this location are very helpful and thorough. Even the front desk has great customer service skills. Would definitely recommend this location.
