Trek Bicycle Store Of Anchorage

Timely and Jeremiah are the two individuals that helped me the most. I walked in hoping to get a rack to carry pannier bags and studded tires for riding in the snow here in Anchorage, AK. These two folks took care of my needs while paying attention to my budget. To say the least, installing the tires and the rack was not easy. My front derailleur required rerouting of the actuating cable because of clearance issues. Then the rack was just a nightmare to install. But it was all done for me so very quickly and within my budget. Timely was even kind enough to set me up with a fat tire bike rental while my bicycle was in the shop. That was just over the top for me. This is an exceptional service that I want to keep coming back to. Now I have a Gary Fisher bike with studded tires along with a MIK rack so I can carry groceries and the sort to my hotel room while on assignment at a local hospital here in Alaska. And now I am scheming for ways to budget for a fat tire bicycle to buy from this store! Jeremiah and Timely are just first-rate guys that are an asset to Trek and the hobby, sport, and lifestyle of bicycling.

Highly professional and friendly, courteous customer service. Im never made to feel like im wasting their time if im not there to buy a bike or spend a lot of money like I notice at other stores. Staff are highly knowledgeable and don't mind sharing that knowledge. Never rushed. Just an overall very pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff at this store rocks

Bike riders are a confident and happy bunch..mind, body and spirit..I have my preferences and or opinions on my bikes and I was able to share those thoughts..I tell you this because these guys are top shelf..answering all my questions gave me the tour. Made suggestions. Informative and placed me in my next ride..if we had more people believing what they do for a living and pass it on to other ..your confidents in people would project on others 10 fold and it would make the world a better place..if you guys see this review ..my words are not doing you any justice...I hope to have a wonderful relationship with you and your business...you support is extremely appreciated ..I wanna work and breathe the same air..???✌????

We were able to rent 2 bikes kinda last minute for the gold nugget triathlon for my wife. Great customer service and very knowledgeable people.

I have been to many bike shops in Anchorage, and the Trek store is the best! I am blown away by how helpful everyone is, and how welcoming every team member has been. I got a great bike, great service, and made friends with several of the guys. I can’t say enough good things about the Trek store. They have fully won my business and loyalty for Trek sale and all service!
