Good prices, friendly staff, quick turnaround. I have only used the service side. I’m very happy every time.
My family and I visited anchorage from california and I rented a bike from there. I am not familiar with the terrain and not only did they dial me in with the proper bike I needed for the riding I wanted to do. But they also talked about the trail systems with me, explained wild life and what I could expect, and went as far as to set me up with a can of bear spray and bell for my ride. I cant say enough about how helpful they were and really made my first AK riding experience a great one. I would heavily recommend anyone with any bike needs to them without question!!!
Was able to get new handle bar grips and pedals for my bike locally, staff where fast to greet you and got me in the right direction to find what I was looking for. Excellent service and products.

If you wanna be healthy..mind, body & soul..explore and get fitted for your first or other ride..these folks are top shelf..straight shooters. Will listen, imform and get you riding in time ..time we'll spent....no regret..you don't wanna leave..but when you do ..you will have a smile..the rest of he world won't exist..??✌?????
Recently had my rear wheel stolen here in Fairbanks. I called every bike store I'm town, and no one had any wheels that would fit a stump jumper alloy so I started calling shops in anchorage with full intention of driving down just to pick up this wheel since I'm moving to Colorado in a week. The Bike Shop was the ONLY place to have all the parts in stock that I would need, from the hub, to the cassette, brake, tube, tire and wheel. I called on Friday, they shipped it out Saturday and it got here Monday. FULLY assembled with the bead already seated. Shout out to Sue. Thank you so much

I wouldnt call myself a bike enthusiast or anything. But I do like a good ride once in a while. The few times I needed something for my bike I have stopped here and they have always had what I needed and at a good cost, including tune ups.
I am super impressed with the level of customer service and the knowledge base of the employees. I also enjoy the fact that they don't pressure people into sales. And they go the extra mile without being asked. These guys/gals rock!
-VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL STAFF-
I was in the market for pedals with clips and shoes. I went to both the Northern Lights and Dimond stores and the people at both places went above and beyond to take care of me. Their staff was very patient with me to explain this new concept and even installed the pedals and clips. Scott at the Dimond store was very helpful and patient. He took time to teach me how to click in and out of my pedals and fitted my seat as well. I don't leave many reviews good or bad but when people go above and beyond it deserves to be recognized. Thank you!
