The Foundry Tempe-Mesa

Great experience doing hot yoga 90 minute session with Audrey. They are ultra welcoming for first timers and very good yoga session with good instruction. I would recommend to anyone.

First time here.. I started with 1 week free yoga. Clean place for my hot yoga practice. Loved the yoga instructor, in the bikram sequence. I had forgotten to take my yoga mat. This facility has no rentals for now due to covid restrictions, but options to purchase. I bought a towel for $5 and carried on with my practices on that. It worked. ?

Found them through Mindbody. They are a very welcoming studio and the front desk lady/ teacher was so friendly to everyone. :) She was down to earth and just made me feel at ease.
Studio room was spacious so everyone could be spaced apart and I like the lighting and the open window on one side made it feel less stuffy. I also love the floor and how it's soft on your knees- think of gymnastic mat material. Make sure to bring your own yoga mat and towel though, don't believe they are renting.
I took their 75 minute yoga class with music. The teacher was nice and she guided us in the movements. Unfortunately the music was a little bit too soft. Also, it made it harder when we had to repeatedly go svasana (where you lay down and rest) and then get up to do more stretching.
I will say though even though I didn't make it through all the stretches and sometimes I just lay there in svasana, my huge headache felt tons better in the second half of class. I could just feel my body and mind relax. :)

I tried out this studio with a Groupon and I am so glad I did. The instructors were amazing and I felt so welcomed. Highly recommend this studio.

I love the Foundry. They have three studios across the valley and the teachers have created such an incredible community.

The Foundry has changed my life!- Not an understatement. Dedicating time for myself has been something my body has been craving and I now have a place where both my body and soul get rest. The variety of classes are an added benefit. The teachers are first-rate and dedicated to your wellbeing. Thank God for this studio. Hope I can do this for my lifetime.

The Foundry is an amazing yoga studio! They offer a nice variety of classes, and all the instructors are so upbeat and personable, and they give great suggestions for adjusting the posture. Bonus: It's a welcoming environment for all shapes and sizes.

I have been going to The Foundry for almost a month and I can say hands down that I am OBSESSED. All of the instructors have been so kind and every class has been an incredible workout - I leave feeling more calm, at peace, and it has some of the best classes I have ever gone to. As someone who deals with anxiety and chronic neck pain, I can say hands down that The Foundry has helped tremendously me in both realms and I have already signed up for next month's membership. THANK YOU to everyone at The Foundry (Tempe/Mesa Location) for creating such an incredible, healing workout studio!
