I have had a couple of items altered but I wanted to talk about one particular visit. I picked up some pants that I requested be altered with a taper and no break. Following the alterations, I tried them on at the shop and liked the look. Once I got home, I tried them on again and moved around/sat down and realized that I had changed my mind and wanted some changes. I called Pam a couple of days later and explained my dissatisfaction. She was kind and said I could come by and she would fix what I didn’t like. I explained that they were too tight around the calf and that I wanted the break to be closer to a full break. She always puts the customer first and did the alterations for FREE! Even though my request doesn’t correspond to the style that is in right now she listens to what the customer wants. Thank you Pam and your hard working staff!! Excellent service!

She did such an awesome job. Took a formal that was way too big and made it fit like a glove. She has always done our alterations and have never had anything that wasn’t done perfectly.

Best place for tailoring and alterations. Affordable prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Came in 2 hours before closing time for alterations on a new suit. Didnt think I could get it back same day but the lady said no problem and they got it done for me in 1 hour! I'm so thankful for their business.

We took my daughter's prom dress there to tighten the bodice and shortening it. The lady helping customers reminds me of a tornado coming through. She's just moving and moving. But she gets the job done and that's all that matters!

T N's Tailors Alteration came highly recommend by Dillard's and Men's Wearhouse. The associate was very friendly an seemed very confident in her job. We had 2 pairs of male pants hemmed in about an hour at a very affordable price. I will return. Fyi, they accept only checks and cash for payment.

Called ahead to get my newly bought suit tailored to fit. It was a Friday evening and I needed the suit the next day by noon and it wasn't a problem. They had it tailored and it wasn't expensive. Only draw back was the pant legs went halfway up my shins almost when I sat down. Not sure if it should do that so I took them back up there and explained the situation. They said it's ok if they do that when I showed them but I could lengthen them if I choose to. So I had them lengthened for free since I wasn't satisfied with the previous job.
