Very helpful staff at the Willowbrook location during a difficult time (bereavement). I was able to purchase a suit for my son and get it hemmed on site. The young lady was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the fit of men's suits.... and the "break". I learned something new. Thank you!!

Went to Macy's to grab a suit. Looked for over an hour, NOTHING. When I asked the manager where the suit guy was (he has been my guy since Foleys) He stated they haven't brought one back because of COVID. MACY'S LOSS!!!!
I went to Jos A. Bank and was greeted by not 1 but 3 emoyees. I told the young lady what my occasion was, she had me in and out in 30 minutes with what I needed. Great job Irayma!!! I've never shopped here but will return!

I arrived at 10AM. I needed to get a suite for a funeral at 12PM. Christine was an absolute pro. I had no idea of what to get, but she was so helpful. She sized me up and got me in the right fit, color and size! She even helped me pick out the shirt, shoes, tie, belt and even remembered the socks! She understood I was on a time crunch, but even managed to get the pants hemmed up in less than 10 minutes. To top it all off Christine gave me the link to $25 dollars off! I was in and out, fully dressed mind you, in less than 45 minutes. It was my first time buying a suit and it was truly a pleasure

Stacie at this location is THE BEST!!! Our son is getting married in 2/22 and we decided to do purchased suits for the wedding party and fathers. Stacie worked with us to get the correct sizes ordered, to get us a package price for the suit and a shirt, and to set up a group so the groomsmen can go to their Jos A. Banks throughout the country. We have heard back from some of the wedding party and it has been hassle free for them! We also found Stacie to be the most helpful and the most pleasant of all the store personnel. We really appreciate her!!

Great service and prices they have sale and clearance ordered from online and I got what I ordered thanks to one employee on the location at champions and 1960 he was so patient with me even when I entered the store I let him know just I wanted to try so a can ordered from online and he was so polite and showed me and had me try few items so I can get the right size I forgot his name but I will be back in to get more stuff because of him

We were searching for places to order my fiancé’s suit at and this place was absolutely amazing!! The associates names slips my mind, but my fiancé has her card. She took the time to show us all options for a a customized suit and our options for the groomsmen rentals even though our wedding isn’t until 2022. We are so excited to work with them for our wedding.
