Southern Mesa RV Park

We have been here since January and we LOVE this place!!! The staff is friendly, helpful and amazing and the tenants are friendly and respectful of others! Not only all that - It is Kid friendly and Pet friendly....AND AFFORDABLE!!! Can't be beat!!! .... Drive a little farther - Pay a lot less - and get the BEST!!!

We stayed at this park for over a month while house-hunting. It was clean and well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a longer stay, at an unbeatable price! Bill and Laurie were great hosts, so helpful and hospitable! I would definitely recommend this park!

We spent 3 months at Southern Mesa for winter 2022 and had a wonderful time! Very friendly place. Wonderful combination of ages since Southern Mesa allows children. Warm pool, karaoke Thursdays, Pickleball courts, shuffle board, fuss ball, air hockey and pool tables. Friendly and helpful management organized activities for kids. Great monthly price. Hated to leave.

We loved our 2 weeks at Southern Mesa ! We have two large furkids and are so glad we found this park. Bill & Laurie are wonderful hosts, the Karaoke on Thursday was a blast and brought us “ short timers” together with the permanent residents. The sites have plenty of space and each has a concrete patio. Very quite park, which is always a bonus and a short drive to town for dining ! The laundry on site was VERY clean and the club house has been updated recently and is very welcoming.

We loved staying here! They are under new management and they do such an amazing job. This is a great spot away from town and kid friendly. (The only place we were able to find in Yuma to allow kids for more than 1 week.) There are so many fun things to do without leaving the park. Such as; nice and maintained heated pool, bocce ball, pickle ball court, playground, clubhouse with a pool table, card table, air hockey, gym equipment. They had things arriving weekly. They have activities like, karaoke, movie night, card games, and so much more they were planning. I have not been in a more caring great community. We will definitely stay again whenever we go to Yuma!

Super family friendly rv park. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is nice and whole place is kept up really well, super clean.

Stayed two nights and it was very relaxing. Out in the country, very little noise. Perfect for a great night's sleep. Nice game room. They have air hockey! Also a ping pong table. I haven't played ping pong in ages. Swimming pool is heated. Landscape is well kept. Really enjoyed my time here.

Great staff! Prices are best in town! Great family park. Very quiet. The resident BBQ was outstanding! If you have kids, this is the place to stay. Pet friendly.

Just spent a very nice 30 days here in jan 2022. Quiet and away from the freeway noise, but close enough to yuma to get supplies. friendly, well managed place that is relaxing to stay, walk your dog or have fun with the entire family. enjoyed the managment team of bill, laura and family and they are working hard to make your stay fun. the downtown yuma is vibrant with pubs, resturants and some entertainment. the nearby lake region of mittry, ferguson and martinez is close enough for easy short day trips too. great location, great weather, great mgmt and good pricing. give this place a try, you could easily find a home here.
