Very nice and helpful person, Rich, I hope I got the name right. Super awesome person, helped me out and made sure unit was clean before move in. And helped me figure out gate code lol even with instructions i get it wrong. Good off the main drag spot. Quiet and kept well run

I really appreciate the help of the staff who assisted me in securing a storage for my item.Also she gave me a good deal.I have no complains whatsoever and definitely I would recommend this place to others who might have a need in the future for their excess stuff.Also the storage is very clean which really impressed me as well as the vicinity..5 stars rating no question..

During these COVID-19 times with being out of work and not knowing what the possibilities of my financial future is Rich and security Public storage were able to work with me with making payment arrangements in my train time of financial struggle. Ryan has BEEN amazing helping us with the unit size, with the costing and being patient answering all of my questions to ensure that we get the right kind of unit. Best communication. This is my first use of storage unit and is my best experience as first. Ryan is definitely a customer-first. I got a great deal for a large storage and it was perfect when everything were loaded. This company even works with us on a temporary move ("in the between move") and gave us the rate based on that. This is ... I truly truly appreciate their " pay for the days you use the unit". That is customer-first approach. Definitely an AAAA+++. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Love my storage areas. have rented 2 and they are well maintain outside and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful when I have had questions

The customer service here is excellent. Not only are the two who work in the front office very pleasant and professional but I had an issue and it was resolved almost immediately by a phone call from the regional manager. Well done.
