The staff members that work at this facility are extremely friendly and professional. The storage facility is clean. My unit was clean and haven't had any issues with the business. I shopped around the city for the most affordable unit with the highest ratings on yelp- this was the winner of the search. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because imagine the type over the top service you would need to receive for something to be worth 5 stars Lol
So first I came here cuz it was the easiest place for me to go ahead and get a storage no need for a credit card on file or any kind of unnecessary down payments the management and team here are like family and they make sure my items that have been stored here are safe and secured as well as requesting for me to put insurance just in case something happens, but I've been here 6 months she said she got me... nothing has ever happened.... Thanks Hayward self storage and I'll be there till I move shoot maybe I'll just move to you

The customer service from LaDonna is wonderful!!The storage unit was clean and secure.Cameras on every row. I would recommend!!
The team running this facility get an A+! Always happy, friendly and very attentive to customer needs. LaDonna helped me pick the right size for my needs and was very patient while I decided between two different units. Yasenia stopped by during move in to make sure I was satisfied and answered my remaining questions. I love that all units have their own individual alarm system. The alarm is kind of trigger happy but gives me peace of mind knowing that it actually works! Recommended.
I stopped in to inquire about renting and met with Ladonna she was helpful and extremely friendly. The place looked clean and secure with a lot of lighting for nighttime visit. Huge bonus you can come on holidays well your unit that is. I would recommend
