Sacred Art Tattoo Waikiki

100% would recommend this place and will definitely be back, I came here after I got stiffed on a tattoo appointment at another place after I already paid the deposit and set the appointment, was thinking of just scraping the idea of even getting a tattoo until my gf found this place, we walked right over and Nate got me right in and did an amazing job I was probably there an hour or less phenomenal work and quality definitely!!! the whole place was a definite vibe from customer service to the atmosphere!!??

I’m from Texas. I’ve been to hawaii twice to visit my cousin and both times my cousin and I got a tattoo done at Sacred Art by Dustin Gormley! Our first time was a walk in and they attended us super quickly and continuously I’d noticed them accommodating other walk ins that were visitors leaving soon from the island! The second time I reached out to Dustin and he was super awesome and accommodated us in the time frame left. His tats are amazing evident by the fact that i went twice to him from Texas! The second time around was my third tat but my biggest one yet and apparently in one of the most painful places but he was great at keeping me calm and confident! I sent him a reference photo of the tat I wanted but when I got there I wanted to modify it from a traditional line to watercolor and adding waves and rock and he was absolutely superb at helping the image in my head come to life!

The staff at Sacred Art Tattoo are helpful and friendly. The tattoo studio has a good vibe with entertaining signs and art. The staff readily assisted my husband and I in exploring portfolios of designs we were interested in getting and finding a tattooist and time to suit our request and departure date. Mike Hatfield is a great tattoo artist. My husband and I are very happy with our tattoos! Mike is attentive, friendly, flexible, approachable and has positive energy. Mike easily produced 2 beautiful tattoos despite me changing my mind last minute. Mike's quality in tattoos and customer service are high and his passion is genuine. Mike's enthusiasm is contagious and was just as happy and excited about our tattoos as we were. We would definitely come back if we visit again. Mahalo!

Got tattooed by Dustin and he did an amazing job! Very chill guy and made me feel comfortable. Very gentle touch and felt very little pain. The whole shop has a great atmosphere and some stellar art. Definitely check out Sacred Art, they're the best shop in Hawaii!

I love my tattoo and the artist was very nice and did a great job. It would’ve been five stars but I was originally quote $250-$300 and it ended up being $450. I don’t mind the price so much as I mind the total being so far off the quote. I didn’t make any changes or requests after I was given the quote. Beside that it was a great experience. Clean shop and I love the finished piece.

Tattoo enhanced by OG Mike Hatfield. This guy is the real deal. 30+ years as an artist and it shows. He drew on my skin to see how the collaboration would look. Really worked with my mucle and placement so everything looked perfect andlight touch. I'm totally going back. I'm from California and made appointments 2 weeks ahead. $50 deposit, cash only. Please tip well!!!

Nate Rose provided a great experience. The shop was extremely clean, the details in the tattoo are extremely sharp, and it was less expensive than the estimate.

Nate was amazing! I love my tattoo! Everyone there was extremely nice and fun to talk to and I felt very comfortable with everything. I’m glad my first tattoo was done with this tattoo shop! Thank you so much!! :)

Great price & managed to get all my friends in on short notice.
My tattooist was Nate, awesome dude and awesome team.
