Dr. Ro and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very informative. This was my first visit to his office and I can see why he and his staff have such a great reputation and amazing reviews. They're attention to the patient is awesome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ro to family and friends, and those nervous or hesitant to see a dentist about their oral health. You'll definitely be in good hands.

From the moment I was greeted, the professional and friendly staff made me feel at ease. Dr. To is very thorough in his treatment, explanation, and treatment options available. By far, hands down, the best experience ever in a dentist's office.

Several visits later, still impressed. Have had extractions, fillings, and cleanings and every visit has been relatively painless. Dr Ro and staff are the very best!

The place is clean. They’re all nice, and very helpful. Dr. Roe explains well what is to be done to my teeth and answers all my questions. As well as Kris who cleans my teeth. Highly recommend them, they’re excellent.

Dr Ro is probably my favorite dentist over the years. He and his staff (especially my hygienist Chris) is careful, gentle and happy to explain everything. They seem to work really hard to also wear masks and use new technology to keep patients safe. It took a while to be seen as a new patient, but I'm glad I waited.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Dr. Ro and staff for excellent service and friendly environment for the past 10 years of dental care. Highly recommend for any dental work. My favorite dentist. Mr. Ro asks me what what I want to have done instead of telling me what to do. I feel like like I'm being treated as a person and not a case file. Very professional, very courteous and he always let's me know what's going to happen before proceeding. I highly recommend him.

This is my second year receiving care from Dr. Ro. I'm very happy. I have many dental issues and Dr. Ro is always looking out for my well being and giving me a range of options for treatment. I live on the far Westside of El Paso and he' s worth the extra fuel.

Amazing! The team is smart and competent, each person skilled at making patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease -- ALL staff. Each time I go, there is new technology incorporated into services, and all utilized so skillfully. Dr. Ro always takes time with me to go over my chart and what/why future services are recommended, without any rush. He translates technical dental info being understandable, I always leave feeling informed about my care. Appointments are scheduled in a way that is punctual and respectful of everyone's time. They work thoughtfully with patients' schedules, knowing work/other considerations can pose major barriers to accessing good healthcare. Overall, Dr. Paul Ro's office is 1000% outstanding.
