Caribbean Dental

I have always been very nervous going to the dentist and everyone here is so nice and understanding. I told them about a fear of needles that I have and they went above and beyond to try and make my needed surgery as painless as possible. The hygienist also remembered that fear at the next appointment and found a non-needle solution for my deep cleaning. Front desk staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's nervous about the dentist!

I felt pretty comfortable during my visit. Dr Bains took the time to explain the treatment and answered all my questions. His assistant Leslie is super kind and helped me overcome my dental anxiety. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s afraid going to the dentist, this place will give you a new perspective on the overall dental experience!

Im very happy with the service at this office. Dental visits give me anxiety but every one here is very polite and understanding. Claudia is amazing, she explains what she’s doing and checks in regularly with me to make sure I’m not in pain or having any other issues. Highly recommend this place.

I am very satisfied with how understanding and professional the staff and doctors are. I came in for some work and was very sensitive in some areas. Claudia was very considerate of my sensitivity constantly asking if I was doing ok. After she was done she explained thoroughly what was done and demonstrated how to take care going forward. Dr Hu is awesome as well. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend coming to Caribbean dental.

Great customer service, ease of paperwork fill out for my first visit. Very clean, top of the line facility and equipment. I am very impressed with Claudia's initial assessment, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to set me at ease, primarily because I've not been to a dentist in over twelve years. She is very gentle and explains as she takes x-rays and photographs. Dr. Wu is very professional and gentle while performing the exam, has a great bedside manner, explaining in layman's terms what he recommends and is needed as he examines each section which is very important to me. He takes the time to inquire if I have any questions or concerns. Clara explained costs an care plan involved in detail and gave me a written copy. All in all a pleasant experience. I'm actually looking forward to having this great team care for all my dental needs.

2022 Update!!- Never disappointing, staff are wonderful, I hear a lot of bad comments on any dentist appointments and it’s not close to that!! Well, at least not here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARRIBEAN DENTIST !!!!!!!! I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

I love it here. Very fast and so friendly. Dr. HU is extremely caring and explains everything he is doing. I went in for 2 extractions ( wisdom teeth) he got them out within 15 minutes and pain free. I highly recommend them! ??

Had a great 1st time experience today at Caribbean Dental! My absolute favorite part was my Dental Hygienist Claudia!!! She was amazing and the Dr. was really polite and professional!! Definitely will be coming back!
