Alice, the owner knows everyone by name, takes interest in her clientele, attentive, detailed, responsive, and a real ppl person. Secondly, she cares about her customers, to the point that she only uses genuine products on them.

Honestly, I am a guy who gets his nails done every month for the past 10 years, and this place is literally the best pedicure, massage, amazingness, ever. Worth every single penny. And very professional!!!

The service was AMAZING! They were very thorough with the “happy feet” pedicure! Paraffin wax, massage with hot stones…..my feet are so happy! Truly is the best place in the east bay to get a pedicure hands down! Helen was wonderful, kind, professional and did the best job! Thank you Helen, I will be back!

I am so sad to be moving away and will no longer be able to frequent this amazing establishment. Alice and her team are wonderful, kind, and do a great job. My go-to is a deluxe pedicure and it's worth the extra dollars for extra attention and time. You will leave feeling relaxed and with super soft feet. This pandemic has been rough for all salons so if you're deciding between salons or hesitant about going to NNP, don't be!

I forgot to take a photo of my gelish manicure right after but here it is after 2.5 weeks. They lasted so long and Lucy did a fantastic job cleaning up my cuticles -which was no easy job! It was my first time getting my nails done in over a year!

Five "Best of Oakland" awards do not lie.... It’s 2,819 miles from my house to Natural Nails Plus now that I've moved but every time I am in town I go back to see Alice Ly and her team. I always feel welcome, staff are friendly and engaging and professional and prices are reasonable. Most importantly, they've earned a "Healthy Nail Salon Recognition" from Alameda County's Department of Environmental Health.

Walked in on a busy Saturday but was accommodated right away for a gel manicure. Lucy did a fabulous job on nails that desperately needed some love. They look perfect! Salon was spotless and cute, all of the staff were really nice. Will go back.

Excellent service, very clean. Pedicure soaking tubs are have individual, disposable liners. Tools are sterilized. Alice, the owner, is very
personable and cares a lot for her customers and the manicurists (aestheticians?), and the small place is abuzz with camaraderie and efficiency-- and a sense of spa relaxation. The customers are diverse and the vibe is very positive.

Amazing customer service! I had a great conversation with the owner Alice. She clearly clearly about her clients and greets them by name. She and her staff are friendly and pay close attention to customer experience. Everything from water in a real glass with mint and lime to covering your hands with gloves to protect from the UV light. They won’t push services on you to make money. They will be honest if you need a service- truly appreciated. Overall lovely experience! Recommend.
