I came here a couple weeks ago at around 2:00pm for a vehicle inspection. Front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the service was very fast and not too expensive!
I will give Brain Sloan 15 star rating for his customer service and his outstanding display of team work, to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. This is a critical time in our nation, and when employees show up the way Brain did it is absolutely amazing!!!
Grace is the best. She kept us informed of the progress of our vehicle. The crew did a good job in completing our repairs. Will always use them in the future.
The female manager on duty on this past Saturday, May 21 was amazing. She was hospitable and very helpful.
When I first got there, I thought I was going to be pressured to add on things, but once the conversation got going, I lost that feeling. Not sure who was working, but when I picked up my truck, I was told about my tire life and already had a very fair quote ready for me. I plan to come back when it's time for new tires!
Update: Was disappointed when we receive a coupon for $15 off for a full year. My fiance didn't have the coupon but I sent her a picture. Even though they don't keep the coupon, they wouldn't let her use it. We have been coming there for years so we were really disappointed.
Les, manager for today had great customer service, never felt rushed when questions were asked and even went over paper work after car was serviced. I recommend Mr. Tire.
Just don't prk your car there after they are closed for them to look at in the morning. I had a flat, warrantied tire. Parked it there and called them at 730am when they opened and they had my car towed that night. Even though they have serviced my car for the past two years. It's a memorable car so just make yourself well known with them before you drop off your car.
Side note: they were quick to make everything right. Although I was missing my car for half a day due to the towing company.
The staff at this location are always very helpful and courteous. They alert me of things that need attention without pressure.

I have to send a huge shout-out and recommendation to especially Troy, but also Grace at Mr. Tire. Weeks ago they did a big tune up on my car preparing for for a drive to move from NC to CA, honestly communicating all of the updates and changes they were making, we had lots of issues with alternators, so they kindly provided me a list of satellite locations in California I could go if anything faltered under warranty.
When the alternator started to present issues in the middle of our drive, Troy accepted text messages outside of hours and went out of his way to assess the problem and make recommendations from a thousand miles away, trying to find me a satellite location in New Mexico, and assuring me if we could not and that repairs were necessary on work they’d done, they’d refund me, which they have done with basically no question at all.
Wish I could continue to support this awesome team and shop, but as I will no longer be in GSO, if you are local, I encourage you to!
