We are in Greensboro on vacation. Got a flat tire on the interstate. They close in 30 min but still patched our tire for us and changed it for us as well. NTB closes in two hours and told us they didn’t have time. Thank god for this place and the gentlemen that helped us out. My toddler was hungry and angry - we were tired and they made the process easy painless and they were friendly about it. We will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs tire service in the area.

In and out in good amount of time (with appointment). Good customer service and can tell they are passionate and dedicated in the work they do. I will continue coming back.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY (Seriously can’t stress this enough) RECOMMEND!! I’m a 32 yr old female. I recently took my ‘14 Mini Cooper Countryman to Mike’s for a second opinion after taking it to a shop TWICE in Raleigh for an issue with my clutch. Both times the shop in Raleigh “couldn’t replicate” the issue that I was telling them about even after I explained the exact way I was experiencing the problem when I was driving. Shop owner and technician basically told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Took it to Mike’s and within maybe 2 minutes of the diagnostic ride-along the technician replicated the exact problem that I was having. I honestly was starting to think that I was crazy. Needless to say, Mike’s will have my patronage for all of my vehicle issues, big and small, in the future. Even after all the hoops I put them through, they were more than respectful to me, and didn’t take advantage of me. Thank you so much Mike’s!

Service was great; however, it was an hour or so after my appointment time before they got my car in the garage. Once in, the state safety inspection was done very timely. Bonus points for the mechanic that saw I used a cane and brought my car back to the front so I didn't have to walk too far. Thanks!

I was told I needed a new timing chain by another shop. I probably called 10 places to get estimates and Mike's was by far the least expensive. I dropped off my vehicle, they looked at it and called to tell me that I did not need a timing chain, that I needed a new AC Compressor and that was the horrible noise anytime the motor was running. The end result was a much cheaper repair that what I was expecting and a very quick turnaround of a day and a half. I will be using Mike's in the future as I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, quick and inexpensive compared to other shops. Overall a great experience.

Great dependable service & great customer service. Just like anyone, I am always aprehensive about taking my car to a mechanic for the fear of being taken advantage of. But these gentleman here were more than fair on the price of the work needed for my car. My new forever go-to shop for me, my wife & anyone I can send there way.

I’m kind of new to Greensboro and my brakes needed to be replaced. I had no idea where to go and everyone I spoke to said to go to Mikes Tire & Service Center. So I made an appointment today at 2pm. I sat there for almost 2 hours while the work was being done. Turns out I needed new front rotors too. These guys were so friendly. Talk about fast and quality service!! I would highly recommend them to everyone. Pricing was great too! Awesome job! My car feels brand new again! Thank you!
