I went while visiting Miami, I was referred by a friend. They were so welcoming and encouraging. Frankie taught class since Jose Luis was in Orlando at the Salsa Festival. Loved the class and ambiance. Will visit again when I travel to Miami.

If you're thinking about learning to dance salsa here...DO IT!! Jose Luis is the main instructor and he really cares about helping people learn while making sure everyone is having a good time. The female instructors are kind and very well talented at dancing making the environment much more stimulating because you're always learning from experienced professionals. Private classes are helpful if you want personal training and to polish your moves- I've done them and improved by so much. Love this place!

Karibe Dance Studio is an excellent place to learn salsa and bachata. The Director Jose Luis Gutierrez and his other instructors are exceptional. Complementing the group classes that are both fun and effective with private classes by Jose and his instructors is a very fast way to become a better dancer. Private classes at Karibe are very well conceived, identifying the weaknesses of the dancer and working on addressing those at your own pace so that the overall learning experience is truly phenomenal!

Jose Luis is a phenomenal instructor. He teaches cool turn patterns and teaches proper technique. He keeps a very good structure to the class and there's a good balance between him teaching and the students getting to practice to music. He makes great use of our time in class.

Jose is a great instructor and the studio is a very welcoming environment. I just finished the beginner course and a four week intermediate course. They were both fun and challenging at the same time. I highly recommend this place for LA style salsa!

Rented the dance studio, and it met all of our group’s needs! The rental rate was great and the studio was very well equipped. Adriana was very communicative and helpful in arranging the rental. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a space for a dance rehearsal!

Me encanta el lugar. The owner and the dance coaches are AMAZING! They are very kind and dance really good, I’m taking my son and want my entire family to go! Not only you learn how to dance “Bachata, Merengue, Salsa and Salsaton; but at the same you are working out. They also have Socials on Fridays so people can practice what they have learned. I love the school!

I’ve been to a few studios and I believe this is probably the best in South Florida, the quality of the instructors are at a master level. The energy is high, you walk out of this studio feeling like you’ve actually learned something that you could use on the dance floor. If you truly want to learn Salsa don’t give it another thought.
