I'm so happy with Kap's Hvac, they are the best in town hands down, they have in amazing worker like John Asuncion and his coworker Jerome San they are the best, and they are so knowledge, thank you for your time and effort .


Both Jon and Jerome were professional, courteous, and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the problem with my AC and then fixed it right away. I highly recommend!!


I've been experiencing environmentally induced symptoms due to air being pulled from in between the floors by my air handler. Finding the source is difficult and finding an HVAC company that will assist with the problem is almost impossible.

No routine visitors complain of symptoms but my kitty has had chronic rhinitis for years, he has sneezed so much that the floors must be mopped 3-4 days a week. He develops infections and sometimes sneezes out blood.

Once I figured that the cause was from the old return ductwork I found a temporary way to reroute the airflow and his allergic reaction disappeared overnight. My symptoms improved greatly.

The trouble lies with the return air ductwork which would have to be reconfigured. By blocking individual return lines I was able to identify the troublesome return line and come up with a permanent solution.

I knew the problem, came up with a solution, and only needed a couple of hours of work done. The response from the HVAC firms that say they offer this service was unbelievably poor. One firm set an appointment two weeks out and then preceded to send reminders up until the appointed time. Two hours after the appointment was set their office called informing me they no longer offer that service.

To make it clear I received a text the day before, two hours before, and at the time of the appointment confirming the estimator's arrival.

Then two hours after the expected arrival time received a call canceling the appointment. “We no longer offer that service.” The manager made the decision that morning.

I’m sick, my cat is sick, I know the solution but they could not be bothered with such a small job.

Darren from Kaps HVAC agreed to come to take a look. He agrees that the most likely source is the return duct I identified. He also lets me know that its such a small job that most firms will pass on it. Despite that, he agrees to do the job. It's a little tricky so he offers to do it himself when he can squeeze me in.

He showed up on time, made quick work of the job, and was overall terrific to do business with.

That was two weeks ago. My kitty looks great. My health is better. It was a very small job. It took some competent thinking. It took someone who’s only motivation wasn't revenue. Kaps is my new go-to HVAC servicer.


Jon and Jerome were quick, polite, and friendly. They fixed our AC and made the process totally painless. We will definitely be using KAP anytime we need help with our HVAC.

Darin, Gary and Johnny was very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and performed quality work.


I was very pleased that KAPS was able to come to my place the very next day when I called. I called two others, and being in a Senior park I had to wait from 2-3 weeks. So my son Benjamin Cabarloc recommend KAPS because they serviced his AC and was happy with their service.
John service my unit explained what needed to be done and even help me to understand my unit since I moved in with out a manual to understand how this unit work. He took the time to show me, thanks to your company for having a joyful, pleasant employee and your receptionist, sorry I don’t remember her name was pleasant on the phone too when I called about need.
I know times are hard for all of us but knowing your employees John & Recp. you have very hard working employees that put customers concerns first. Thank you again, if I need to have my unit for a check up I will for sure call KAPS and ask for John and tell my neighbors also about your great service.

Jon was great guy to work with, on time, easy and friendly to work with. Knowledgeable and giving me the details of his work. Very professional. However, the price office quoted me was not the price to fill the R22, eventually I did not refill it. I wish KAP’s HVAC could honor what was quoted and be consistent with the price quoted. Thanks

I would like to follow up the response from KAP's owner, I have asked explicitly about the R22 refill price, on the phone and in email, I am not sure how long have you in business, but I am a bit surprised the error in price could be such vast difference. I can get an original brand new R22 5LB tank for $300, would you be willing to fulfill this order by only providing labor? otherwise I do not see why I should pay $100 diagnosis fee for what I already knew.


Exceeded our expectations, relieved that the AC unit did not require replacement, Jon performed the proper diagnostics and serviced the unit as needed to get it up and running in a heat wave. Appreciated that they came out well before any other company said they could come out, lifesavers in that regard. Highly professional and easy to work with, clearly communicating the results of their assessment and options for repair. Would use again and recommend to others in need of AC repair and/or servicing.
