Trantel Heating & Cooling

I was referred to Trantel services by my plumber. Scheduling was easy. Tristian and Chaz showed up on time. They looked at the issue, explained in detail what was happening and how they were going to fix it. 2 hours later they were done, everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell any work had been performed. Really nice, personable and professional. Will definitely use again!

Weve used Trantel twice now. Once for annual maintenance and once for diagnostic. Their receptionist was helpful in scheduling and their mobile service teams have been great. They’ve offered good information on what is going on and offered affordable solutions (including DIY). Shout out to Lexie and Tristan!

Our house was serviced by Chaz and he did an excellent job identifying the issues with our AC units even though there are multiple units throughout the house. He also gave us some maintenance tips and was overall kind and helpful.

Got a call that they'd send someone out to help repair our A/C unit, Not only did Chaz get the part replaced, But he helped to identify and thoroughly troubleshoot the system to identify the point of failure elsewhere. well done!

Tristan and Lexi from Trantell came out to repair 3 units and they were friendly, responsive, and very professional. They diagnosed the issues quickly and communicated the problem and the fix clearly. They will be my “go to” HVAC helpers from now on. Our furnace fan motor was fried and needed replacing, and these folks scheduled us in quickly. Chaz was great, very fast and efficient. Also didn’t hurt that the repair bid was significantly lower than the other places we asked. I’ll be using Trantel in the future for my hvac needs.

I installed this air conditioning from Wolf companies for my restaurant, it still have one year in warranty. last year I call them to fix it because I have no cool air come out. I call them 3 time. I have to close when the heat come. After two months ??when the hot air is over they come and fix it. But They cannot fix it. Winter coming ….and I forgot the cool air. ?
Now The summer comes I am so worry for my customers and my business. Luckily I called Scott ( Trantell air conditioning). How quickly come and find out wrong on my air-conditioning seam is so easy for them. Like piece of cake. Just one day I get cool air on my restaurant. “God Bless you Scott. I had a great experience with Trantel. Our home AC stopped working right before a heat wave, and Trantel was able to schedule us on short notice. Tristan was a knowledgable technician and promptly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend using Trantel for AC repair.

I highly recommend Trantel Heating & Cooling because they were quick responding, professional, and efficient. Chaz and Alexie came to my home and were personable, skillful, and went above and beyond their jobs to help me move an AC window unit into my garage after they installed the new AC system. And, my dogs really liked them both too!
