The property I am currently leasing it outdated, and requires frequent maintenance. Luckily, income properties is on top of it. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. Work orders get done quickly and the emergency service has been very helpful also. They are responsive, reliable, and resourceful.

Exceptional property management! IPA has been managing the property where I live for over a year now. I’ve had both minor and major repair requests, including a flood that required floor repairs. Not only is their own management team and repair crew amazing, they also work with efficient and quality local subcontractors. I leased a second property through IPA as a result of their strong management skills.

IPA is always prompt with responses and quick to come and help with any maintenance issues! I’ve worked with Kevin multiple times and he is always responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond!

Just want to give a special shout out to the Kevin, the MVP of Income Property Advisors. Since we moved in to our apartment Kevin has helped with many misc. things that have improved our overall renting experience. Fixing a door lock...replacing old screens...replacing a piece of cracked flooring, etc. You name it and Kevin handled it with no issues. He is always on-time and personable. Thank you Kevin!

Good to work with. Kevin was very good about communicating. Showed up on time and got done what he could and followed up on the other stuff promptly.

Always a phone call away, very kind and easy to work with. Have been a tenant of one of their units for a year now and have nothing but kind words. Our building is old and had its issues but the management makes sure to maintain it as best as possible. Andrew has been a great help.
