Pasas Properties has managed the building I live in for about six months. In that short time, they have been fantastic. Before they took over management, there were existing problems with the plumbing and there was a slab leak in my bedroom. Ryan was a huge help in sorting out what needed to be done and got everything fixed as soon as possible. With a wonderful (and rare) combination of professionalism, competency, and empathy, he made sure everything was taken care of and completed.

When I informed Pasas about adopting a pet, Tanna responded right away with clear instructions about the next steps for how to add a pet to my lease. She congratulated me and I really appreciated her help and enthusiasm.

In my experience thus far, Pasas Properties has gone above and beyond. They genuinely care, which makes me feel like a valued tenant.

Hello I want to thank Passas Property Management. My formal apartment I used to live. Passas bought them. The apartments needed some TLC. In order to do this process all 7 units had to move. As a tenant, Pasas has been wonderful to work with over the last two years. Their payment app is easy to use and they have texting - which for those of us who prefer that type of communication, is a nice addition. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and have otherwise been proactive with communication concerning the property as a whole.

We hired Pasas Property Management to manage our rental home in Point Loma in May of 2021.
Our previous Property Managers had lied to us and cost us time and money. They had zero regard for the safety of our property or any potential liability issues that their mismanagement may have caused us.
Needless to say we were VERY hesitant to hire another property manager!
But from the very first conversation I had with Patti Cardosa- I knew I couldn’t go wrong hiring Pasas to manage our property!
Patti was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and patient with my long list of questions.

It would take many pages to list all the things we love about the way she runs her business ~ from the flawless accounting / on line portal to the fact that we literally have zero worries or concerns while Pasas manages our property.

Recently the rental I live in has been transferred from my longtime amazing landlord to Pasas Property Management. It has only been a few weeks but I have found everyone I've had contact with so far (Patti, Ryan, and Mike), at this company to be very friendly, caring, responsive, flexible, hard working, and professional. I would highly recommend anyone looking to find someone to manage their property or anyone looking to find a rental to use this company.
