DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Santa Ana - Orange County Airport

Nice hotel and location. Supposed to have $15 a day credit for food for diamond members, but food charges were billed. Called and asked about it, and they added the credit. Long story short, review your bill and make sure they add the credit. So many businesses trying to get away with any revenue they can get away with.

I stayed at the Santa Ana - Orange County DoubleTree for one week from August 21 - 26. The location is nice, upscale. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Neither the bathroom sink nor the tub were clogged or slow to drain. I hate it when that happens. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning and one dinner meal. The menus had a variety of items and all the servers were very attentive, friendly and their service was awesome. I travel a lot for work and this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.

Hilton Honors members are honored and the hotel is considerate of its guests. The location is good and close to many sites near Orange County. Alex at check-in was very hospitable, professional, and understanding. I had a positive impression of my stay here.

After speaking with the GM, he went out of his way to make my situation better. They found my clothes & he personally took them to get pressed so that I was still able to attend the wedding I was in town for.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the front desk staff very friendly and professional, our suite was fantastic! We stayed in suite 223, it was immaculately clean! All the sheets had that crisp fresh clean scent! The 1 bedroom suite also has two bedrooms! Genius! The breakfast buffet one of the best we’ve ever experienced great food, friendly and accommodating staff, parking was a bit tight on Saturday night but otherwise everything exceeded our expectations! ? We are very picky! The management at this property knows service excellence! Congratulations not easy to accomplish post pandemic! Amazing experience we will definitely be back!

I personally was blown away at this hotel. It’s beautiful, with a VERY comfortable bed. The staff is friendly. They welcomed my daughter and I with a complementary cold water and warm cookie. I saw some complaints recently about the elevator and room service. The elevator is operating now, and the staff does inform us upon check in that room service is by request only. (I personally don’t like room service anyway. I don’t go in and clean my house every other day, so I think I’m okay going a weekend without them cleaning after me.) my only complaint would be that there’s no microwave in the room. I know there’s a cafe in the lobby but I’m not here on vacation, and I just can’t afford to order food on top of all the travel expenses. I bring my own food for these trips. It was unfortunate but if you don’t need a microwave then I’d say you’ll love this place.

Clean hotel, kind staff, and conveniently located. The bathrooms are basic, and could use an update. The beds are comfortable. I liked having the option to check-in on the app, and being able to select the room. They offer fresh warm cookies when you check-in and they are delicious!
This hotel has became the go-to for my work trips.

Booked from out of town for a family event and it was more then I expected. The location was very nice and was walking distance from shops and restaurants. Really did love our stay there. The cookies were amazing as well.

Fantastic food!! ? Nice decor and a ++ atmosphere/ambience. Best fries I ever had with my succulent bacon cheeseburger ? semi-sports bar type setup. ?

We used a ballroom and adjacent foyer for a continuing education event. Our vendors loved their space. A boxed breakfast with either breakfast burrito or scrambled egg croissant were excellent.
The was inadequate parking for our group unfortunately.
