Courtyard By Marriott Santa Ana Orange County

The Marriott has great customer service. Fast and friendly check-in. The room was comfortable for my family and me. I was there for a conference and it was nice to be able to walk down to my meeting while the family lounged at the pool. My only gripes would be the AC system in the conference room would go out so it did get quite warm. Also my son complained that there was no hot tub for him to jump in at the pool area. But the customer service deserves props for holding on to our home pillows that we forgot in the room. I picked them up a week later and they held on to them for the week. Thanks Marriott and hopefully their AC in the conference room will be better for the next meeting I attend.

I checked in on 9/2/2022 Can I just say Ive stayed at many marriott hotels before and this by far has been the best marriott hotel with amazing customer service!!! Patty & David did great checking me in they made sure I had everything I needed! Also the Night Audit lady was very accommodating even offered complimentary water bottles! I really cant express enough how very welcomed I felt! I def will be coming back to stay here!

Great time Starbucks great always open just nice place!!! Clean and secure no lingering people around very nice

Nicer than most hotels in SoCal that are rated 4 but really should be more like 3 elsewhere. You pay a lot more for a rundown hotel. The walls are dirty and certain aspects of the room are overlooked. No housekeeping service. Very limited food option. Luckily there are some restaurants across the street.

The service was great. The staff was nice especially Vanessa she was very sweet, and I would like to thank her for her help. Vanessa deserves a raise. The barista was also helpful. This was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel. The only thing was housekeeping didn’t come in to clean the three days we were there. Thank you.

Nice hotel for a one night stay. Comfortable bed. The front desk staff was great. The only thing I am knocking a star off for was the AC had a loud rattle sound.

The hotel is great. Vanessa from the front is great. Very personable and friendly. Does what she can to take care of the guest. Room is spacious and nice. Plenty of parking.

Incredible service! The manager of the hotel Vanessa made the difference. I have never felt the need to leave a review on a hotel stay (much less a courtyard) but this was the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Vanessa’s upbeat personality and care for each of the guests I saw her work with was second to none. It’s been a long time since I’ve written a positive customer service review, thank you Vanessa !!
