Love this gym!! The Group fitness and one on one training is awesome. highly recommend this gym if your looking for knowledgeable trainers in boxing and kickboxing. P.S my favorite is coach Sophia!!?

I’ve been going to this gym for years now. Love the atmosphere and boxing gym vibe. It’s great for all fitness levels and they have something for everybody. The trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly!
Can't find nothing better! Nick, Aaron, and Rob are beasts who will have you reach new heights and have you level up! Plenty of other good trainers as well. Whether its fitness or learning to protect yourself, can't go wrong.
