Justin is a wonderful trainer. I’ve lost 20 lbs just following his meal plan! The check ins each week help me by holding me accountable! It’s exactly what I need.
What can I say Justin is incredible! Been with him for 2 weeks and boy I enjoy the workouts and love the meal plans he gives me. Now I can say I enjoy the gym and working out with Justin's guides (: Within the 7 days I have lost 5 pounds whoot whoot! What I really like about Justin is that his prompt on responding any concerns or questions I got. Looking forward for big changes with his help! I strongly recommend Justin to anyone so far I'm very pleased! (:
If you want results, Justin is going to hold you accountable and get you where you want to be. I’ve trained with other trainers and nobody levels up to him. He is passionate about helping people and is extremely knowledgeable. The environment is always super positive and people are friendly. His gym is spacious and you’ve got all the equipment you need to get a great workout in!

One of the best gyms in AZ. The owner and everyone there is friendly as can be. If you’re looking to start or just looking for a new gym to call home, you won’t be disappointed.
Hands down the best gym equipment I have ever used. The pieces were hand picked and are an excellent mix of old school equipment and top of the line new equipment. Justin the owner creates a welcoming and motivating environment which supports those brand new to the gym or even seasoned bodybuilders. A must check out place if you enjoy fitness!
Great gym, fun environment with every piece equipment you could need to get a good workout. Owner is very friendly and will make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this gym!!

It helped me lose weight and especially to lower my high blood pressure, now I have it normal.
The meal plans he puts together have helped me a lot and he is always there if I need anything or have a question.
