Those pics are of betterhalf trying on some diving masks, bought 2, one for the both of us. UV protection is a must down here and in Florida I think, glare is not a good thing. Also bought her NEW FINS and SNORKLE, awesome. Great store.

They stand by their products, after ordering though their Amazon store a snorkel kit, and having that mask break right off the bat. I tried to return it with Amazon with no success because it was well over 30 days from the purchase. I called them directly and they replace it without any hesitation!!!!

Great spearfishing inventory.

This is my favorite dive shop in Miami. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of gear and if they don't have it they can get it. Their prices beat almost everyone else and their service is without equal. They also specialize in and are very active freedivers and spear fishers. They are a great bunch to talk to.

Update 7/22 - 15+ years since my first visit and they are still the best. Some new faces but everyone is great. Took my divepod in for service and it was done and tested in a few minutes. Really can't ask for a better LDS.

I recently ordered some corrective lenses for my Tusa Liberator goggles from Austin’s. The website was hard for me to select the correct lenses so I called the store to ask. I think I spoke with the owner. He said go ahead and place the order and I’ll take care of the correct ones. He called back to let me know he got the order, and also how to install the lenses in my goggles and the shipping arrival time.

Very good customer service, product works great in my goggles and it arrived in about 2 days from Florida to IL- oh and one of the only places that offers free shipping over a certain amount for diving stuff. It was advertised on the website and then I didn’t see it again so you may want to make sure it’s on the top banner of the webpage because it’s a good marketing aid. Thanks Austin’s!
