Scuba Diving In Miami - Squalo Divers

Just had my second set of activities with Squalo Divers in Cancun. I am a return customer from a few years back. This time I did a cenote snorkle trip to two different Cenotes with Alex and two beautiful dives at the reef off of Puerto Morelos.

The Cenote trip was so fun! We went to Dos Ojos and swam in the mystifying bat cave and first eye. So beautiful and the water very refreshing. Alex was a great guide and took us to another nearby Cenote with Mangrove trees and even spotted a cocodrilo! Yes, I swam with a cocodrilo nearby!!!!!

The dive day was also very incredible! Puerto Morelos is a quaint fishing town. We took a short boat ride out to the reef and did two incredible dives. I like to dive with Nitrox so I was very pleased that they offer it. The visibility was vast and we saw many fish and other incredible sea creatures, including spiny lobster, a large ray, schools of fish, puffer fish, rock fish, lion fish (only one, glad to see them dying out), halibut, angel fish, queen angel fish, trumpet fish, parrot fish, barracuda, several small shrimp and various spider-like creatures, just to name a few!!!! Our guide was Juan and he was great at finding and pointing things out.

I'll continue to use Squalo Divers on trips to the area, hope to get back soon.

The most professional in any aspect or lavel of diving and this what supposed to matter the most. Squalo is the best. Owners are Divers and the instructors are 5 star in any category. Dont even think twice.

Used there services in Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Could not recommend them enough. They were friendly and very accommodating.

Great dive sites, great boat, great dive instructors. It was my first dive charter with Squalo, I am definitely coming back.

We had such a wonderful time with Squalo! Our refresher course was perfect, and the dive itself was miraculous.

I just got my PADI OW certificate from them, all I wanna say is they are the best, responsible, and also knowledgeable. As a new diver, I do have a lot of questions and I’m not living in FL, I got to make sure everything then book my ticket and hotel to be there. I emailed a lot of diving shops, but there r one of only responded to me and answer all my questions with the patient. And make a plan for my three-week Tuesday schedule.
I had Alejandro as my inspector, he was great and I learned a lot from him, and from that, I’m so sure to get my AOW and rescue from them and him. As a “tourist” he will share the best local restaurant for different types of food to you, I follow the list, and the list never let me down.
I will move to Miami during this summer, and I will keep learning how to be a better diver with them.

I am so happy I found this place to become certified as a diver.

Booked a dive on a weekday. The timing didn't quite work out with flying in, so they accommodated and scheduled us our own boat. Alejandro was our guide and was great.
