Yogaraj

Visited modo from Orange County. My hot yoga place in the OC is a smelly room of musty carpet which made this place such a beautiful place to visit. Loved taking savassana and getting to stare up at the beautiful pitched wood ceiling.

Yogaraj has been a great addition to my routine and I'm always welcomed with the friendly staff! I started with the intro month to start out but ended up purchasing the membership because of the variety of classes and the positive changes I noticed with my mentality, balance, and flexibility. Great way to challenge yourself and get a good sweat after work!

Yogaraj yoga was an awesome experience. I was visiting the city, and practiced here as a guest. The class was challenging, and had excellent flow, and I loved that there were two instructors present - one to lead and one to help with adjustments throughout. The ambiance of the studio itself is great too. Would definitely recommend.

I've been to a few different style yoga studios but ever since I've been to yogaraj, I became addicted. I've always liked hot yoga but it's a much different experience doing hot yoga in the dark and breathing to the beat of the music. At the very end, they put cold towels over your eyes as you lay there in shavasana position and you're just melting into the ground. By the end, you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I literally just started attending but I'm hooked!

Oh and another thing, for being a first time visitor they were about as informative as I've ever encountered. Really a very pleasurable experience!

I love this studio. Classes are fun and challenging. People are very nice and not pretentious like other studios I’ve been to. I’ve been going on and off to Yogaraj for about 4 years. Its a great place for all levels.

Finding the right yoga studio and teacher is very personal. Yogaraj is the only place that keeps me coming back after trials in many studios on the West side. Genuine welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Easy parking is a plus. Definitely try a class with Jay, a therapy for mind, body and soul. Jerome on Saturday is another treat. You get a bit sore and will always learn something new with Brent on Sunday. Liz, Christine and Phillis Marie will wake up soft feminine energy within you. I love this place!

I went to the Cacao & Hummingbird Sound Journey here tonight and it was great!

Yogaraj is a perfect place to do a soundbath. It's spacious, intimate, affordable and is a quiet setting with resonant accoustics. The employees here are always friendly and helpful and I love how they let you borrow a mat, blanket or leg rest if you need one.

I've been to a bunch of soundbaths and Micah Sheiner and his wife run the best ones!

He can play more instruments than any other artist that conducts them and can sing in at least a couple languages.

His narration of the journey really sets the mood to help start and end it.

I can't recommend going to check one of his out highly enough!

My personal favorite are his cacao ceremonies because they really open up the heart.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to and I am so glad I got a membership. I highly recommend Emily Lowry's classes. She is easy to follow and a wonderful teacher.
