Can I say WOW? Cause wow! This is the first time I've ever had a stylist get my hair cut right the first time. I didn't have to ask to make the cut shorter (or have to ask twice). Kat understood exactly what I wanted and made it even better with some small tweaks. Had a lovely chat with her and the whole studio is covid/health mindful. The diversity and openness of the environment is wonderful. Definitely going back and making recommendations.
Jess’s studio is brilliant! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about anything hair and is always learning at every chance.
Kat is the only one I will let cut my hair. I have been with her for almost 10 years and will travel far and wide for her.

Awesome hair studio. Clean, professional service. Great group of talented stylists. Although Kat is my favorite. Giving this review is a mixed bag. I'd almost prefer to keep them all to myself, but they deserve a shout out. Great job!
Queer owned and operated. I've been seeing Katt for three years now and followed her to this studio where she's flourished as an artist. Love going to Wicked Hair and seeing the queer art and history and stylists and clients getting to be themselves.
Awesome hair studio in the Crossroads Art District. This studio is queer owned and operated. I just moved to the KC area, and it was amazing to find a friendly, safe space. Jess is phenomenal. She was very flexible with the booking and super friendly. I have the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She gave me tips and tricks for my hair type and texture. The studio also features art from many local artists. They are very environmentally conscious and have taken all the safety measures for COVID-19.

Beautiful space, well lit (lots of plants) and a great experience. Further, seems to be a great experience for the stylists who work there too, which is important.
