Well this florist is definitely getting my business from here on out. I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet for my Aunt and they were delivered within about an hour after I placed my order. They were beautiful!! The florist did a great job. Thanks Moana Florist!!
I ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day and they were supposed to be ready for pickup on Saturday, never heard from them (and when you call, they say don't bother coming until you get a call saying they're ready). Next day is Mother's Day, still nothing. My stepdad was waiting all day for a call both Saturday and Sunday. Then Monday comes and still nothing, so I called, I couldn't go in person because I live in another state. They apologized and said they'll deliver them Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes around, still nothing and finally at 3pm they got delivered (thank goodness). I ordered lilies and all of them were closed, so I'm hoping they look better now and bloomed since it's been a few days, but I won't be ordering from here again after this experience

We placed an order and it was never delivered and were charged. Then received an email stating it was delivered. When checking with the recipient - they confirmed they did not receive an order, which was an embarrassing situation. When notifying the management Alex was very hostile on the phone and would not help.
