In from out of town and I was hoping to find a good coffee shop. And I definitely found one. Walking up to the Cafe, one can immediately tell that the quality of the bean was there. I decided on a 12oz latte and was very pleased with my choice. Not too hot, not overwhelming, but perfect. I definitely recommend the Latte
Love the space, its super cool. Brunch on a Saturday was PACKED! I got a shot of a single origin Colombia anaerobic, but to be honest it wasn't very good - sure I would say it was a decent espresso shot, but had I not known I wouldn't have guessed it was a single origin much less an anaerobic.
Lovely space with lots of seating indoor and out. Friendly and helpful service. Drinks are delicious (Matcha latte is great and overly sweet like many places) pastries are tasty, and cookies are too. Definitely worth a stop.
Service was good. We ordered an espresso and a latte with oat milk. The latte was delicious, bright with chocolate undertones. The espresso lacked crema but tasted okay. The bacon and leek quiche was AMAZING -- I would go back just for that! We grabbed a bag of beans - Summer Blend - and look forward to brewing at home.
Lovely shop. I am a little dissatisfied that you won’t not let me reuse and refill the coffee bags you sell here. Please change that and encourage the end consumer to reuse their coffee bags!!!! At least consider this for your golden age espresso blend which is readily avail in bulk at your shop..in addition to a scale. Thanks for reading and you have the best breakfast sandwiches in town!!!!
Had a delicious honey lavender matcha latte with oat milk. The ambience was so nice and I love all of the plants around:)

Best coffee, food and vibes on colorado springs! Staff is always super friendly, and they're always consistent with the food and coffee ? we even get our at home beans from here, the staff was able to give recommendations on how to prepare the coffee to best enjoy the tasting notes ?
My favorite latte in all the springs. I have tried many many places. They make their own syrups in house and it is so cute inside! I really like the brown sugar one and the honey lavender. If you like more herb flavors and styles this is the place for you (rosemary/lavender etc.) they have good homemade gluten free options too.
If you want 5000 flavor options for your coffee or sugar free options that are sweet it might not be the place for you.
