Everyone is super friendly and cheerful. I left a voicemail twice and Noone called me back. Which I get it if it's busy!

Loved the environment. The staff was extremely friendly and patient. First time coming here and I loved it. Definitely will be coming back with my daughter.

Took my daughter to get her first haircut and it was an amazing experience. Paola her stylist was very sweet and helpful, she made my daughter feel like a princess! The place is clean and very great customer service. Will be going back.

Had a great time here. Our stylist Taylor was amazing. Very professional and very knowledgeable. My gils had so much fun and they loved how Taylor made their hair look.

We have had nothing but the best experience at this location. My two daughters enjoy anytime they get to go to sweet and sassy. They had their ears re pierced here after being absolutely traumatized when they were younger by an ear piercing place in the mall. Both of the ladies that took care of them were absolutely amazing. It was quick and easy with no tears and the best part is they pierce both ears at the same time! They both also had their hair cut there multiple times and the stylists are so patient and kind. My little ones always leave with big smiles on their faces. I will continue to bring my money here because it’s about my girls getting an experience they can’t get at any other salon.

Words cannot explain how much I recommend Sweet and Sassy. I’ve gotten my ears pierced here and multiple hair services and every time I walked out of there happy (even as an adult). Love it here! Keep it up guys. Cannot recommend enough! Wish you guys had a location in Killeen

Took my daughter for her first hair cut she love it she had fun and will ill bring my daughter back again.

We had a great first experience here! My daughter wanted her hair cut short for the first time so I decided to make her an appointment here. Aubrinique was so sweet and amazing. She was very personable and talked to us the whole time. We will definitely be using Aubrinique as long as she’s there!
