Staybridge Suites Albuquerque - Airport, An IHG Hotel

, admin from Booking.com mix up had my reserved room given, was moved to better room til Fri AM the 2 young male staff at desk were accommodating n tried to find solution, no go, appreciate the assistance, would've been awesome to stay there full duration of stay in ALBQ, next time for sure!

Need more trash cans and blinds on windows and walls are to thin. You can hear other people next store. No pool. Need more places to sit outside. Need to fix water pressure.

When I arrived from out of state I was very ill and everyone in the hotel was kind and considerate and checked everyday to see how I was. I got to know all these wonderful people who turned into friends from Sabrina behind the desk who was fantastic, to the cooks and the drivers who took us to the stores and even the hospital, especially Mark and Stephen.

The room was great too and I hated to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay.

he customer service and cleanliness of this hotel is the worst I’ve experienced at an IHG property. I booked my stay as a Spire Elite member; I’ve been staying at IHG properties since 2014. The check-in experience took 15 minutes plus because the clerk helped people out of order and had to leave the desk because 2 people’s keys to their rooms weren’t working. After finally being helped, we get to our room for the key not to work. When I reported this to the clerk, he asked if I planned on leaving at all that night because then he would just let me in and I could stay there for the night. I informed him I would be leaving and we needed a different room. The second room key also didn’t work. 30 minutes go by and we heard nothing from the clerk, so I head back down. I ask for a new room and an upgrade. I was told the manager wouldn’t give me a room upgrade. We got moved to a different room. This room was filthy. There was open soap, hair on the bed, stains and crumbs on the counter, dust, stains, and dirt on the top of fridge, and stains on the couch. Now 1.5 hours later, we just asked for new sheets (which they didn’t have the proper size for) and went to bed. The next morning we asked for a new, clean room. Now on our 4th room, the key still didn’t work. For 3/4 days of our stay, we had to wait for the maintenance personnel to let us into our room. No one was apologetic or helpful. The overall stay was a joke with limited breakfast options, less than stellar cleanliness, poor customer service, and it honestly felt like we were being babysat having to ask permission to get into our room every day. Long story short, there are many hotels in the area, so I recommend picking a different one.

It was decent and we got cookies. But I suppose the furniture could be slightly cleaner.

We have stayed here before in the past and will in the future. A little difficult to get to and very difficult to leave if you don't know where it's what you're going. Great staff especially Sabrina on the front desk we had made a mistake and booked the hotel a day before we showed up she helped us straighten it out at no extra cost what service!!

place with friendly staff. Has a slightly older feel in a good way. Had no issues and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again
