Their happy hour is really good and fairly priced for their quality. It was so good I had to go off the happy hour menu to their main menu. Definitely recommend the Soto 2.0, I think it's the signature. Excellent dish.

The food and attention to detail is amazing! Chef and owner Andy pours his soul into the menu and it shows. Wonderful food and service. I have been to every location and the quality is the same at each one, perfection!

The food was amazing and the service was great. The server really made it a dining experience especially when your able to see the chefs work their magic. Love the open concept where you can see the chefs prepare your food. The environment was relaxing and me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks are amazing as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Love this place!

Hubby and I do date night here regularly or if I have a friend come in from out of town this is the first place I got to. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is unique and creative. This is FINE sushi!

An excellent dining experience. You will be greeted into a sleek dining environment. The soft low lighting helps to accentuate the enjoyment of the experience.

It's refreshing to read a Japanese menu with uniquely different offerings. The food is creatively and artfully plated. Each bite is like an orgasm in your mouth!! While this dining experience isn't inexpensive, it is definitely worth trying.

This was my second time going and i really liked it again. We stayed on the happy hour menu for the most part. Tried a few new things but went back to the chili oil hamachi and ended on the potato chip nigiri (which has both times been an absolute must)

Updated because, well, if I’m on my death bed and I am offered a last meal, I want it to be from Soto. When you go ask if Andy can serve you. His suggestion to try the Banzino nigiri was a game changer for me.

Soto is the one of the best Sushi restaurants in the world. I’ve enjoyed Sushi in just about every continent and
Soto stands head and shoulders above most. In Houston you’ll be hard pressed to find a better sushi restaurant. The quality of the fish is a perfect 10. The preparation and presentation is tremendous, but when the food touches your taste buds…. Uff… your whole body experiences bliss.
I hope Soto stays a relative secret ?

The raw fish here is so fresh and how everything is prepared.. you can tell they really value quality and service. I ordered the white tiger makimono roll (the flavour is crazy good), fatty salmon, blue fin tuna, flounder and yellow tail. The flounder wasn’t my favourite but it was still worth a try! I’d come back here again.

Outstanding. Love this place. Food is amazing and you feel at home here. Great hospitality too. I highly recommend well ALL the food especially the salmon over fire.

This place was amazing!! I did the omakase and every dish they provided was amazing. The fish is so damn fresh and comes straight from Japan (or so we were told). Some of the fish selection they provided was so melt in your mouth! The dessert was good too. I prefer the Sapporo cheesecake they have. I highly recommend this restaurant.
