I just went recently for the first time ever and it was a pretty good experience. I was helped by a young lady named Sky. Super nice, friendly and helpful. She definitely made a good first impression for the business.

Food was good. Our waitress Sky was awesome. She really puts her heart into making her guest happy. Will definitely want her section again.

I visit this establishment at least weekly and I’m always impressed with the staff and quality of food. Today’s experience stood out a bit more than usual though. I gotta give a huge shout out to our server Jayden, who helped us have probably the best experience I’ve had there. She was super nice, patient with my kids, and she checked in with us the perfect amount of times. Food came out timely, great and hot. Heck, she even told a joke to the kids haha. We made sure to tell her we hope to get seated with her next time. Gotta love those kinds of visits.

Food was good and not too long of a wait. Ian was our server and was polite and made sure that not only was our food good but gave us great customer service.

Went to smokey bones a few days ago and my servers name was rose and she gave excellent customer service and the food was great I thank you and appreciate everything.

Once again my wife and I had a very pleasurable experience at Smokey Bones and our server and staff made it just that! Our server Colie was just great and of course we’ll be back.

We came from Pa, so, being from out of town visiting, we knew what we wanted, just wasn't familiar with the area, or the different restaurants, this was the 2nd bar b que place we tried, wasn't pleased at all with 1st place, as soon as we walked into Smokey Bones, we knew by the atmosphere this was the place to be, the waitress was very kind, and helpful, the service was top of the line, the food was succulent, the meat almost fell off the bone by itself on the ribs, we both determined that when we visit NC again we will be back to eat at Smokey Bones

Hadn't eaten here in quite a long time. Went on a Saturday night, no wait, great service, ordered a pulled pork sandwich, was excellent! I liked the 4 different bbq sauces to choose from. Menu has expanded - lots of variety- highly recommend!!
