Simple Floors Portland

This is our second home we have carpeted with Simple Floors of Portland. Both have been great experiences! Both times we worked with David Howard October 2019 and last month. I highly recommend Simple Floor. They went above and beyond to help us track down lost shipment, execute replacement order, and procces return to manufacturer. After-sale service is where you can truly tell if the company cares about their customers. I am extremely grateful that Seth and team were very helpful and patient with us through out the entire purchasing process. They even helped us schedule pickup at the distribution warehouse to meet our contractor's schedule.

From start to finish everyone was so professional and kind. I appreciate how detailed their estimates are. We put off replacing our floors for a while, mostly because of the tile on the walls (baseboards) and not knowing how it would go trying to remove it. Roman and his team did a phenomenal job—very little patching and painting required. We love our floor and wish we would have contacted Simple Floors sooner. Highly recommend them!

We worked with Seth in the Portland store from the beginning on all of our laminate flooring and all tile required.

Had plumbing issues, called late afternoon, John showed up at 7:12pm, fixed everything, and left. We will charged very reasonable fee, but one of the parts broke (flimsy plastic side hook), and they said they will come back and replace at no cost. Thanks.

Very professional, they were able to complete the job in one day which was amazing given I have tiles that needs to taken out. The customer service, specially working with David and Ivan was very smooth and both of them were prompt in answering my questions.
