Seared Bistro Albuquerque

We had a terrific experience dining at seared. The food was terrific and our waiter Dominic was informative and very helpful. Besides the delicious food they also have a full bar. In the morning time, the same restaurant turns into a coffee shop called cheese and coffee. WOW!

Came by in a group of 3 last night on last-minute reservations and got the best service we've ever had in Albuquerque in the last 4 years. My table loved the appetizers. One of us hadn't had meat in 12 years until they'd tried the mussels last night. They were a great hit. We felt instantly at home!

Had a great dinner and service at Seared Bistro last night. The prime rib was excellent and the portion more than generous. Drinks are excellent also.

Fabulous menu with great selection. Make sure you ask for Casper as your waiter, he is awesome. We had burgers, salmon, Caesar salad and chicken sandwich. All were great. Get there early as the place fills fast on Friday nights. Highly recommended.

We've been here four times over the past few months, and every time, it's a fantastic meal. We've tried the steaks, scallops, chicken, and a halibut cheeck special, as well as various appetizers. Every single thing had been utterly delictatible.

The service is top-notch, as well. Casper is fantastic and will give you a great wine recommendation and attentive service that just adds to the experience. It's a sophisticated ambiance, while still being approachable and unpretentious.

Seared is always a favorite for a special dinner or a mid week treat! The food is always delicious, a great selection of wine, and the staff are attentive and professional! Looking for a local restaurant - this is the place for you!

Absolutely delicious meal and romantic atmosphere. My love and I went on a date here for the first time and it delivered big time.

Service was amazing. Nice girl greeted us and took us to our table (we had reservations at 9pm on July 30th). Our server was outstanding. He walked us through several specials and described dishes to us.

She and I split the house made chips and salsa, split the French onion soup, and then split the Fillet De Boeuf with a red wine demi-glaze, side of roasted redskin potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and sautéed mushrooms.

Wow, the entire meal was delicious. The chips were warm and fresh and salsa had a delicious flavor with back end bite. And the bite was very nice if you like spice. The soup was amazing. Warm and soothing, gooey from the cheese and delicious. The main course was the best. They split the 5oz for us in the back and both sides were so tender and flavorful from that red wine demi glaze. Steak melts in your mouth. I highly recommend a MR to M cook temp. Brussel sprouts had slivers of bacon and salted to perfection. OMG they were amazing. Roasted potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Don't miss out if you are in the Albuquerque area. Priced amazingly, staffed with excellence, and ran by a chef who has perfected his/her craft.

Had dinner here tonight with our friends. Everyone gad a great meal. Entrées were varied and all done to perfection. Our waiter was great too. Love your place.

Found this gem tonight - if ever visiting Albuquerque, it is a must visit. My husband and I agreed the best dessert (mantecado) we ever had!

Incredible service, friendly and thorough. The lamb and steak were cooked perfectly. Really everything we ordered was spot on. Love to come here for the upscale food and atmosphere but it is still intimate and unitimidating. Tried the mussels big, buttery, and flavorful. A great way to to treat yourself.
