We have been renting a property that SDPPM manages for the past two and a half years. Howard and Michael always give prompt response for our questions and requests. And they are efficient and professional in the move-in and move-out process. Their handy man did a great job helping us with all the maintenance needs we have at the apartment. I recently moved from my condo (for a cross country move) and have had wonderful assistance for my move-in that included all paperwork at move-in and any HOA updates during the time I lived in the condo. The move-out was also great and never any issues with the property managers. I had an emergency of a flood in my kitchen in the middle of the night, months ago, and clean-up access from both Howard and Michael was very efficient.
