I love this place so much. It’s consistently wonderful. The Pho is exceptional. The servers are so friendly. It’s reasonably priced and delicious! Thank you, Saigon Bistro. Please keep doing what you’re doing and open up a second location in SC, please! ?
I’ve been looking for crispy noodles in the area and took the time to call various local places to find who sells it. I called like 5 Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants and they knew what it was but didn’t sell it. I then called Saigon Bistro and though it isn’t on their menu, they said they do make it. I went to lunch one day with my mom and it didn’t taste the same as what I am used to but it was the same concept. It was about $18-$20 for a seafood crispy noodle order. I am glad that I found it and don’t mind ordering it again if I have a crispy noodle craving. My mom ordered this noodle dish (forgot the name) which was good too. The autumn rolls were just ok. The dipping sauce was a bit too rich for me plus I make autumn rolls at home and enjoy my homemade dipping sauce.
Starting my day today at Saigon Bistro with delicious lemongrass noodles soup. (Bun Bo Hue). I can’t eat spicy food so they cooked non spicy and have chili oils on the side for people who are like spicy food too.
Visiting family in Fayetteville and is looking for comfort food. Friendly service, family friendly. Chef know what she/he is doing, every dish we ordered were on point and authentic in recipe with a slight hint of western twist. Nice presentation as well.

Great Banh Mi, I hadn't been in a while and decided to stop in for lunch. The menu has changed, but the food was great. Bread was softer than I had expected it to be and made for a nice surprise. RIP to the lunch specials.
The food here is amazing, so fresh and tasty. The pho is really good and other items on the menu are delicious. Fair pricing and great customer service. This is one of my favorite places to dine at.
The best pho I can find. I was as we would say adopted into and Asian family. The culture and way of life. One of my favorite dishes my friends father would make was pho. Ever since I have been hooked my current husband and I love it. So when we moved away due to his job. We found this place and it brings so much joy ms happiness. Other places we tried and it just was not the same. I tried this places pho and it was just like home. Childhood memories flooded my mind and I was taken back into time. Now this is our favorite spot to go! P4 is the best one in my opinion! While we are here I will never go to another place again!
New ownership seems to be doing a good job maintaining the quality. I hadn't been since COVID started, but the summer rolls were fantastic.
Friendly staff. Clean facility. Pho was $13 which is not the cheapest out there. The potion was nice and big. Flavor wise, it was very good, but not quite excellent, not sure why, something was missing in the broth.
