Outstanding service and delicious meal. We had Ruth's Chop Salad and Caesar Salad, Almond Crusted Chilean Sea Bass and 16 ounce Ribeye Steak, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Mashed Potatoes, and Creme Brulee.
Had dinner there last night and as usual, the food was excellent. Our server Diamond made it one of my best restaurant experiences. She went the extra step to make us welcome to Baton Rouge. 5 stars isn't enough.
OMG this is the best place to eat at in BATON ROUGE!! A friend invited me and my coworkers out to eat and we had a GREAT time!! The customer service was GREAT and the FOOD is WONDERFUL!! I loved everything they prepared!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE!!!!!??
Great food and service. However experience start outside and the place need an upgrade. Inside is more like clubhouse than a 5 star restaurant. The atmosphere is just not there. But with food and service it gets 5 stars.
I have finally eaten at all of the fancy steak places I know of. Ruth’s, Sullivans, Buddys (Hammond), Flemings. Ruth’s was slightly more expensive than Flemings, but not by much. I ordered the ribeye at all of them for scientific research purposes. Food wise, Ruth’s has the best steaks, Flemings the best sides, and Buddy’s the best overall (it is by far the cheapest). The table bread was awesome. Steaks were cooked 100% perfectly, which is hard to get because medium means something different everywhere you go. I ordered the ribeye and my girl ordered the New York strip. The ribeye was better than the other three places ribeyes. My girl didn’t care for the New York strip, she said it was very salty. I didn’t notice, but the ribeye was definitely better. The salads were great. I ordered the chopped and my girl the Caesar. Both were great, and the chopped presentation was very unique. The sides were pretty disappointing. We ordered mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and broiled tomato. The tomato must have had sugar on it, it tasted like ketchup. The creamed spinach was bland, and the mashed potatoes tasted homemade (which is good for $3 side, but for a fancy steak place at $10 it needs to be otherworldly). Gave my girl a cheesecake since we were celebrating her birthday. Probably the best cheesecake we have had. Overall a fantastic experience. Our waitress Diamond was excellent and friendly. The water glasses did not get less than half full (or empty?). Bathrooms were immaculate.
Simply the best Ruths Chris there is!! Ambiance, service, people, food, staff. All of it is perfection.
So good that it is usually sold out, so don't dilly dally in making a reservation when you want to eat - and be treated - like a king and queen!!

I am overwhelmed with the perfection of this extraordinary restaurant! From the excited and warm greeting to the sincere farewell it was perfect and beyond expectations! Our party had steak which was fantastic! Every single bite was wondrous! And we had crab cakes that were superb as well. This restaurant is truly the definition of perfection. You will feel as if you were a king or queen. If you've been there you know. If not, don't miss out out on this extraordinary experience!!!
Ease with reservations, awesome host and staff. Excellent food and the drinks are perfect. Our table attendant she was attentive and was great on recommendations.
I just ate at the one in Baton Rouge; it was just as good as the New Orleans location. I would recommend a visit to the one in Baton Rouge. Great service, friendly staff food was excellent.
Service was impeccable and the food was simply amazing. It was my first visit but certainly won't be my last.
