HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received a gift certificate for a 30 min massage, 30 min facial, and pedicure! What a wonderful experience. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere and very kind personnel. I really enjoyed my time there and am extremely satisfied with the service. I’ll be going again! :)

I highly recommend Renee Day Spa. I called about 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule a couples massage and manicure for me and my 4 year old. Yes, it sounds totally ridiculous, and perhaps it was, but my daughter and I had the most amazing experience. The massage was amazing, and I have had hundreds of massages. They probably thought we were crazy when we walked in, but we were treated professionally and the services were top notch. They ask for your credit card when you book, which was perfectly acceptable. I will definitely be back

Renee and her team are wonderful! A completely relaxing experience and exactly what I hoped for!! The spa was clean and lots of sanitation measures were used. I felt comfortable and well cared for.

I got me and my 12 year old daughter a facial she started getting break outs bout 6 months ago her skin looks 100x better and it’s only been a day later. I loved the way my skin looked. It was one of the best facials I have ever had. Will definitely be back every time I come in town.

Renee gave us the royal treatment! Very kind and welcoming and skilled. April gave me an incredible massage, and my pedicure from Renee is beautiful! I highly recommend visiting Renee and her talented staff!

Renee and her staff are extremely welcoming and attentive. We brought our daughter here for her 13th birthday and she has a great time!

2/5/22...I was looking for a Spa to celebrate and relax on my birthday. I Googled several hotel locations but decided on Rene's Day Spa after speaking with Rene the owner who had a very warm personality. I have been to several spas throughout my lifetime and ambiance is a major key for me. However, I was concerned by the photos posted as they seem to lack the soothing ambiance most Spa's offer.

The Mani and Pedi was great. The stations are CLEAN and well organized. It does lack ambiance and relaxation as the stations are located in the lobby. The staff and customers walking and talking took away from the relaxation however I will return as Ms Joanne gave me the best mani/pedi I've had in a while. She took her time in performing the services and all of the tools used were soaking in a sanitizing solution which both is lacking in the local Asian shops.

The facial was very relaxing. The room was CLEAN and the tech asked me about my skin prior to the services. There is a more relaxing atmosphere in the facial room behind closed doors. The music and services were superb. My skin was left very supple and smooth.

I have been having problems sleeping since covid, work from home, the shut down and just the overall stress of it all. The massage was excellent! The ambiance was provided and the music was nice. After returning home, I slept all night and took a long nap the next day. Its was just what I needed. The room is small with 2 beds however my therapist moved with ease to reach every area of my body. The room was warm and relaxing as well.

Why not 5 stars?
1. The manicure stations, need their own room for a more relaxing atmosphere since this is a spa and the customers and staff should be asked to lower their voices to help with this atmosphere.
2. Another reviewer stated the massage room was not clean. I can see why it may appear to be unclean because the spa does not use white linen. In hospitals, hotels and Spa's WHITE = CLEAN. My suggestion to Rene is to change the color towels, sheets, blankets and robes to white only. This will make everything appear crisp and clean.
3. ambiance, ambiance, ambiance is EVERYTHING in a spa. Rene's Day Spa should provide more scented candles and low light.
4. No lockers or designated changing areas.

Will I return? YES, YES, YES!!! I loved the staff, I loved Rene and the rates cannot be beat for the Downtown, Mag Mile area. I am booking my next Mani and Pedi today. This spa is a hidden gem in the downtown area and I suggest you visit and decide for yourself. Keep in mind, its not the Hilton but if you are looking for good, quality, clean service at a fair rate, RENE'S is the place!

Renee Day Spa was great! I personally loved the spa packages that were very inexpensive but such a wonderful value. I felt that staff were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Anna for facials and Jaqoda for massages. I will absolutely go back and recommend to others!

We visited Renee Day Spa for a girls weekend and we all did the facials and massages. We all agreed these were the BEST massage and facials we have ever had! We will definitely be back again!
