This location provided a great experience for my family and I on a random Monday evening. The restaurant looked relatively slow, but we were there to celebrate an 18th birthday and apparently many other groups were having their own birthday celebrations too. A nightmare scenario for any server. Our server was Ben and he was fantastic. Very patient with us as we tried to get the kids settled in food choices and was very accommodating with questions and substitutions. You can get food anywhere but a great experience is harder and harder to come by.
Food was very good. The short staff presence did their best to keep customers served and happy. Be kind and patient. Show gratitude that they are willing to work.
It was ok, great service and the food was pretty good. Just the lighting needs to be cranked up a little. Other than that I was very pleased.
Service getting better, looks like they were able to hire another server or two. Food great, will come to RL again.

This is a different Red lobster than I normally visit. The waiter was very friendly attentive and accommodating. It was a late Friday afternoon and was not busy until we left. I just had the fish and chips which is always good. There's plenty of room for parking other businesses all around and easy access. In my opinion you can't beat the seafood for the price. I do prefer my regular location on Bell road because it's closer to my home.
Great seafood! Easy checkout at your table! Shrimp and Alfredo sauce was great! Love the cheese biscuits!
Had a nice lunch. The only problem was with the waitress. She took our orders just by memory. She said she can remember.NOT then when she didn't bring what she missed, I saw her communicating with her co-workers. Not taking care of the customers.
My daughter and I love to come here for our Daddy Daughter nights. Our favorite place. I also will come during the work day and sit at the bar and work. Such an amazing atmosphere. The staff is so accommodating and we’ve never been disappointed. This visit Andrea was my bartender/server and she is a top notch home run. Highly recommend this particular Red Lobster in Surprise.
My husband loves seafood but I'm not a big seafood fan, so I just had their overpriced fish and chips. To me, Red Robin's are better and you get a larger quantity for less money...just sayin.
