Best service ever. We got package A and it was so relaxing. The hydrating dry brush and massage treatment were the best. I highly recommend.

Check in was seamless and the Lomi Lomi couples massage (me and one of my friends) was great! Highly recommend.

Great customer service and massage therapists. Did a 2 hour couples massage that didn't quite run the 2 hours but it was still pleasant. My therapist really made sure to communicate if her pressure was well and how I was feeling during the massage since I was getting a prenatal massage.

My husband and I enjoyed our massages. We left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely return on our next trip to Honolulu.

The masseuse were great for my birthday relaxation. The firm is very firm! The precision and customer service was amazing! They were prompt and very understanding even though with us being about 15 mins late. The appointment and checkout went very smooth.

I was looking for a more affordable option from the high end resort spa's on my trip to Waikiki. I chose Paradise Massages because I found them on a few "best spa's on Honolulu" lists and they were well reviewed. From scheduling to follow ups, I was very pleased with the personal communications and text updates. I was booking services for a group of 3, and they let me know that the spa was very small and that 2 of us would need to share a room. Since we were doing 2 facials and a massage, my friends getting the facials got them together in the couples room. They were very pleased with their facials, and their skin looked great afterward. I couldn't have been happier with my combination massage - one of the best massages I've ever gotten! I decided to go for the 90 minute massage because their price was so reasonable. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone wanting a great service at a reasonable price. I will visit again if I make it back to Waikiki. Aloha!
