Chris is the best waiter I think I've ever had! Food was awesome. We had the blintzes and also had the trout. Menu is well thought out and I loved the open kitchen

We hosted a private event for our son’s rehearsal luncheon and we could not have been happier with the food, service, and atmosphere. There was such a variety of delicious options to choose from and everything from starters to dessert was perfection. Chris and all of the others provided phenomenal service and were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Really good! Service was phenomenal. Atmosphere great! Very tasty. I think they put dill in everything which isn’t my favorite, but exceptional otherwise!

Went to brunch with some friends and had a fantastic meal. Started with the baby gem salad - topped with popcorn for a great twist of crunch. Also got the sourdough with burrata and jam. Great contrast of crunchy bread with the silky burrata and sweet berry jam. Croque Madame was recommended by the party behind us and it wa d great. The Pogo burger was cooked to perfection. The Salmon Kedgergee was a unique blend of fried rice, egg and fresh vegetables. We could have ordered the whole menu - the choices were all amazing. We went to 9th Avenue location which is much smaller than the downtown one so make your reservations ahead of time

Went to Pago on Main for dinner last night, and for brunch at the other location today! Both were solid, with great service, and a warm atmosphere. I love the wine list on Main, because even though it is small, there are only great options at a few different price levels! The Bloody Mary at 9th was not good, needed more flavor and "punch," but it didn't stop me from drinking it!

For a super hip vibe with delicious food…look no further than Pago on 9th! We sat on their patio and enjoyed their fantastic cheese board and a burger! We were not disappointed!

So delicious! They change their menu based on local supply and I’d recommend making a reservation because it is a small restaurant but so worth it!

The food here is AMAZING, my favorites are the Pago burger and the truffle fries, I even whine and have them bring me a side of the fries as my appetizer. They've got an awesome wine selection too. Be sure to make a reservation, they've got very limited seating, and give yourself a little extra time getting there because parking is a little sparse, by worst case you can park at the grocery store down the block and it's only a couple hundred feet to walk back to and it is soooooo worth it. I seriously describe this place to other people by telling them that they have a $19 cheeseburger, but it's actually WORTH $19!!

Just wow. I was transported to nirvana every time I took a bite of the SHORT RIB ROTOLO. Literally couldn't have a conversation for all the groaning coming from my side of the table. I swear I heard a lady say "I'll have what she's having." We also loved the roasted asparagus with remoulade, and the strawberry and beets with goat cheese and CANDIED quinoa (who knew?). Dessert was good, but you'd be better off saving room for another small plate or two.

Pago has become one of my favorite restaurants in Salt Lake City. The venue is small but pleasant, so make sure to book a reservation. If you can, I would suggest eating outside on their patio. The food is high-end both in the flavor department and the quantity served. I had the Cauliflower and Mahi Mahi which I highly recommend. However, their menu is always rotating so who knows what you might get! I promise you'll love it either way. The best way I can describe this place is a better version of Table X; a decent amount cheaper too. A great spot for a date night.
